
A not-to-be-missed event for lovers of fine cuisine and the charm of the Tuscan summer: on Friday, July 18th, Podere Pendolino hosts a special evening titled “Seafood and Its Bubbles,” an event celebrating elegance and flavors of the sea, paired with an excellent selection of Champagne.
From 8:30 PM, under the stars of the enchanting Monte San Savino countryside, taste takes center stage with a refined menu: starting with shrimp cocktail with smoked mayonnaise, octopus tartare on a bed of crunchy peas, bacon-wrapped king prawn, and fried sea bass bites wrapped in zucchini flowers, accompanied by Champagne VELUT “Premiere Temps.”
Next comes an intense and aromatic first course: seafood pici pasta, followed by the evening’s main dish, a low-temperature cooked amberjack on zucchini pesto and charcoal crumble, enriched with julienned fried vegetables, paired with Champagne LANCELOT PIENNE “Tradition Assemblage Brut.”
The grand finale is sweet and fruity: a thin shortcrust pastry with vanilla custard, raspberry gelée, and puffed pistachios, accompanied by Moscato Mustela.
