This year marks a significant anniversary: 35 years of uninterrupted service in the food and wine sector and 15 years of Podere Pendolino, which will be recounted throughout this winter.
But throughout these years of change and revolution, there has always been one constant: our Maurizio! A loyal, meticulous, and highly capable chef, he has ensured the atmosphere and stability of our kitchen brigade for years through consistently excellent service.
Maurizio knows the restaurant, its philosophy, its standards, and customer preferences inside out; his constant presence has facilitated the training of new employees with a respectful yet firm approach. Over the years, which he himself will shortly recount, he has witnessed changing trends in the restaurant industry, innovation in the kitchen, and the departure of some key figures. Nevertheless, his proven loyalty has allowed Podere Pendolino and Albatros Catering to create a more positive and collaborative work environment, thanks in part to his kindness and human integrity.
To him, now in well-deserved retirement, we extend our sincere thanks for his precious time with our company, which without him would have been less fortunate.
