Patrizio and Claudio began their professional partnership in 1990, founding Albatros, a catering and food service company that over the years has become deeply rooted in the local territory. In 2010, in addition to the catering business, the company opened Agriturismo Podere Pendolino, a charming B\&B in Monte San Savino: the hospitality of numerous Italian and international guests is entrusted to Rosanna.
The Agriturismo features a well-established restaurant, one of the most renowned in the Valdichiana area for its reinterpretation of Tuscan cuisine. Local ingredients, seasonality, and creativity are the cornerstones of the kitchen, along with a strong focus on guests, including an excellent gluten-free menu that allows celiac visitors at Podere Pendolino to enjoy a rich and varied dining experience.
