More than just a spectacular wedding cake and cake-cutting ceremony: the sweet moment of the ceremony continues with a sumptuous dessert buffet. The basic rule is this: opulent but orderly. It can vary depending on the couple’s tastes. Albatros Ristorazione’s pastry shop has selected a variety of options over the years.
• Mignon Pastries, classic treats including cream puffs, puff pastries, and cream-filled shortcrust pastry, served in a one-and-a-half-cup tasting format.
- Single-serving glasses of tiramisu, zuppa inglese, and custards.
• Fruit displays in a rainbow arrangement: an explosion of color, especially for fresh, thirst-quenching summer fruit. - Freshly prepared crepe stations, ice cream parlors, and chocolate and fruit fountains have also been set up.
The goal is this: to allow guests to continue the evening, perhaps with lively and frenetic dancing, offering an energy boost. Paired with a cocktail or coffee service, coffee and cappuccino, which, along with the desserts, help you get through the festive night.
For us at Albatros Ristorazione, the confetti corner represents a philosophy unto itself: we dedicate a separate and carefully curated setting to it, in addition to the wedding cake corner and the dessert buffet corner just described.
