Rotari Trento DOC at Podere Pendolino: a special evening of seafood, elegance and fine pairings

On Thursday, March 26th, 2026, starting at 8:00 PM, Podere Pendolino will host a special evening dedicated to taste, elegance and conviviality: an exclusive event signed by Rotari Trento DOC, created for those who appreciate quality cuisine and refined food and wine pairings.

For the occasion, we have designed a seafood menu that is rich, refined and well-balanced, offering guests a culinary journey that combines flavors of the sea, carefully selected ingredients and wines chosen to enhance each course.

The dinner will begin with a plated appetizer that tells the story of the sea through different textures and aromas, followed by a selection of warm dishes with rich and enveloping flavors. The experience continues with a generous first course, an impressive main course, and a closing that recalls authentic Italian tradition, finishing on a sweet note.

Wine will play a central role throughout the evening, with a selection specifically chosen to accompany each stage of the dinner: from the elegant bubbles of Rotari AlpeRegis Extra Brut to the pairings with Pinot Grigio Rosato, Muller Thurgau Castel Firmian, and Vin Santo Castello Querceto. A tasting journey designed to enhance every dish and make the experience even more complete.
